There are certain places you can only go by imagination, and that’s where Apprope’s new game QUIZ QUEST is taking its players. Designed for quiz-lovers and adventurous travelers, Quiz Quest sets up over thirty themed landscapes that players can explore by answering related quiz questions. In order to advance along a trail, they must answer an array of questions pertaining to each theme. Now available, Quiz Quest is free to download from the App Store or Google Play for iOS or Android devices.
Apprope’s new release QUIZ QUEST brings a whole new experience to trivia. Players go along a colorfully illustrated trail through changing landscapes. In order to advance, they must answer a series of themed questions pertaining to that landscape, from “Land of Jungles” to “Land of History.” With over thirty themes, it’s a long journey to the “final castle,” where players ultimately end their quest.
Each landscape contains five to twenty-five different questions that get progressively more difficult. Despite what one might think, the themed questions are not redundant or one-sided. For instance, “Land of Shadows” has questions ranging from Tim Burton films, to Freudian theories, to a phenomenon in Barrow, Alaska. There is diversity within each category that keeps the game fresh and exciting. The game is designed so players must have a broad knowledge base to get through each level, which contains a range of topics including but not limited to: celebrities, politics, ancient cultures, geography, geological phenomena, movies, novels, and significant historical events.
If players get stumped, hints are accessible. Quiz Quest is easy to use and contains colorful, detailed graphics that keep gameplay interesting. To add a competitive aspect to the game, players can challenge their friends by tracking each other’s progress through the magic kingdom.
