Studio Liddell announce that the official Cloudbabies App is available from today for download from the Apple App Store for iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, iPad2 and above, iPad Mini, and iPod 5th generation for £2.49.
The Cloudbabies App features all the characters from the series in six games and activities based on themes from the show. The games are all designed for young children to enjoy together with their parents, and as such they are very easy to understand and simple to play.
Some very light educational touches are introduced such as counting, aspects of gardening and playing music, as well as subtle colour recognition and elements of creative design.
The App includes ‘story telling’ video clips to introduce games, with the original cast and music from the series. Players earn and collect a Cloudy Badge as they complete each of the games. There’s even a special secret waiting to be found for young players to discover that changes the whole look of the main menu.
This App is COPPA compliant. It will be available for Android devices (TBC) soon.
