AppyNation and Supersonic Software are proud to announce the release of World’s Biggest Jigsaw, the latest addition to their smash hit “World’s Biggest” range of puzzle games for smartphones and tablets. The game is free to download from today on the App Store (for iPhone and iPad) and the Amazon AppStore (for Android devices including Kindle Fire and Fire Phone), and will be available later this month on Google Play and the Windows Phone store.
World’s Biggest Jigsaw presents players with a giant grid of 400 different jigsaw puzzles of varying difficulty levels. As with the previous games in the “World’s Biggest” range, (World’s Biggest Wordsearch, World’s Biggest Crossword and World’s Biggest Sudoku), there are a plethora of Quests, Trophies and Achievements to collect as the grid is uncovered.
Once the basic version of each puzzle has been completed, players are then free to replay it with fully configurable difficulty settings – any puzzle can be split into up to 100 pieces, and there’s also an option to randomly rotate pieces to make it even more challenging.
World’s Biggest Jigsaw includes many features to make solving jigsaws more convenient and fun. Use the transparent guide image to keep track of where pieces need to go or switch it off for an extra challenge. There are also options to temporarily hide all the pieces that aren’t edges and corners, or to reshuffle the unplaced pieces. And if you’re really stuck (or just don’t like a particular puzzle), you can even spend coins to place remaining pieces automatically.
As with all the World’s Biggest games, World’s Biggest Jigsaw can be played without an internet connection*, and constantly saves player progress, so it’s perfect for dipping into during short breaks.
