BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe revealed new information for TALES OF BERSERIA: including details on new characters, Mystic Artes and the returning Cooking system.
Shigure Rangetsu and Melchior are both legates from the Abbey. Even as a legate Shigure has a freewheeling attitude, but he has proven his credibility through battle. Melchior is an elder who is well versed in the ancient legends along with alchemy – and his determination allows him to undertake unpleasant tasks when it is necessary.
Mystic Artes are strong special attacks that are executed by consuming Blast Gauge. Using them, you can deal high damage to an enemy which play out with a cool animation to show off this powerful move. The Cooking system also returns – and you can discover new recipes from across the world. When you have your recipe, you can cook to restore HP and get additional effects from the food, as well as from the cooking skill. Each character will have their own cooking skills which can be acquired by increasing their cooking level.
TALES OF BERSERIA will be available in early 2017 for the PlayStation®4 and PC via STEAM.
