While the storyline has been so far, closely guarded, the studio behind Beyond Flesh and Blood released similar-to-build concept art revealing a lead character that is highly influential to the plot.
Pixelbomb have said this character is hostile within the first act of the game and could well become the first Boss.
So far known as ‘The Blood King’ as a working title, the character plays a significant part in the ruins contained within the game’s storyworld based on an architecturally accurate, but dystopian vision of a sci-fi Manchester.
The Blood King has is being crafted by Lead Concept Artist Steven’ Dizz’ DeSykes, who’s AAA background has seen him recognized by Concept Art World and the local community.
The team behind #BFBGame include cult game developers Philip Muwanga and Lee Blacklock.
The team is not yet commenting on the full details around early-access or further story development, due to a potential plot twist spoiler.
Pixelbomb Games have kept their demo on the game’s website, http://www.b-fb.net. The free demo provides hands-on access to a full hour of the horror/sci-fi crossover game.
