Every month, Bossa Studios runs internal Game Jams which spawn a whole spectrum of beautiful creations. This month however, one of the games, changed everything.
Centipedius is not only the Centipede Simulator that the world needs, it’s also the Centipede Simulator that the world didn’t even know it wanted. It features 1 beautiful character and 1 mesmerising environment.
Players will be immersed in a truly next-gen experience, taking them from their homes, and into a whole new world of virtual realism. Each player will use an Xbox controller to control two legs of a Centipede.
Currently the game contains two modes, Co-Op which allows up to 4 players to simultaneously control the same Centipede and VS. which splits players into two teams, controlling competing centipedes.
Andy Green, an artist on the project, said that the game is a bastion of hope amongst a sea of iterative dribble.
