MilkCap is proud to announce their first game, Tiki Monkeys, available today on the App Store and Google Play across the world, fully localised in 10 languages. The game will also soon be available on Windows Phone and Kindle Fire.
Free to play, Tiki Monkeys is an action strategy game in which players must chase down some cheeky apes who have stolen the pirate’s treasure. In development for the past 6 months, the game is inspired by arcade classics, and provides players with a fresh and fun experience. Tiki Monkeys also features Facebook and platform social connectivity, allowing players to compete against their friends around the world.
Paul Dibden, Flavia Ceccarelli and James Woodward met at Playfish (EA) in 2012. They all shared a huge passion for video games, and a desire for working on their own small project. They quickly decided to get the ball rolling in early 2013, and after leaving EA, MilkCap was founded. Their first title, Tiki Monkeys, shows their intention to make compelling games that are beautiful to play and capture the pure essence of childhood wonder.
“Tiki Monkeys is our first game as an independent studio, and we are extremely proud and excited!” says Paul Dibden, Co-Founder of MilkCap Studios. “Our goal was to make something everyone can enjoy. You can play Tiki Monkeys for a couple of minutes while queuing for a coffee, or for a few hours without the game ever stopping you from progressing and completing new challenges”.
