Nevistech today announced that Pet Roulette, a game of Russian Roulette with hamsters, will be launched on 29th October 2013.
Pet Roulette brings the addictive thrill of Russian Roulette direct to your mobile… but with pets. Challenge your friends’ scores as you use your supply of normal and specialised bullets to either kill or save a selection of pets, in a series of increasingly challenging spins of the barrel.
The faster the barrel spins when you fire, the greater the potential bonus and prizes you can win. With gold to spend and bullets to collect you’ll need a steady hand for success.
Pet Roulette features unique bullet effects from normal to nuclear, blank to bubble, to delight or upset your pet.
“We wanted to create a simple game with an addictive mechanic and unique graphic style.”, said Anthony Magrath, founder of Nevistech.
Pet Roulette also includes some slightly surreal mini-games. All the pets you save end up in the Hamster Wheel, which can be spun to win more bonus points. Those that are killed are destined for the Pet Recycler, where they have the chance to see another day.
Nevistech has no concerns about the controversial use of hamsters in the game.
“Although Pet Roulette features mainly hamsters, we have no hesitation in adding other pets if there is sufficient demand”, added Anthony.
