Armed and Gelatinous is a fast-paced 2D multi-player couch-competitive bullet-hell arcade-style space-shooter featuring intense battles of blob warfare in the far reaches of space. Players are pitted against their friends as they absorb a variety of weapons while trading size for firepower as they dodge waves of opposing bullets and deadly dash attacks.
As the story goes, Planet Earth has finally achieved world peace in the not-too-distant future and the world leaders decide to do away with the destructive weapons of war. So they do what any responsible planetary government would do and load them all onto a massive rocket, and jettison them into deep space never to be seen again! Well until a peaceful race of adorable space blobs gets a hold of them and goes absolutely trigger happy! They’re Armed and Gelatinous!!!

Blobs in Space!
World Peace has finally been achieved! Planet Earth has painstakingly loaded every last remaining weapon onto a massive rocket and sent them off into oblivion never to be seen again. That is, until a peaceful race of space blobs gets a hold of them and goes absolutely trigger happy! They’re Armed and Gelatinous!!!
Collect, Grow, and Fight!
With each weapon collected your blob’s mass grows, along with its destructive power! A massive blob has its advantages and disadvantages as you benefit from increased health but suffer a loss in speed and agility. Not all hope is lost when facing off against a mighty foe. A baby blob can always utilize the powerful Dash Attack to steal weapons or even take down your opponent at full charge! Blast or dash your way to victory!!!
Friends and Controllers Required
Armed and Gelatinous is designed for classic Arcade Play that is easy to pick up but difficult to master. People of all ages can take on their friends or family in epic battles that are fine-tuned to be enjoyed for short play sessions at a party or your local watering hole. As such, there is no single player mode and no network play. Most standard 4 button controllers should be compatible. Shout out to Guavaman!
Custom Matches
Personalize matches however you like! Choose between three different game modes Time, Stock, or Death match and set length, lives, or number of kills to your liking while selecting from a deadly arsenal of weaponry to be included.
