Paint the Town Red now available in Early Access on Steam and Humble Store

After creating a popular game jam game in seven days of the same name last year, South East Games has released Paint the Town Red on both Steam and the Humble Store with an Early Access price of $9.99USD.

Paint the Town Red is a chaotic first person melee combat game set in different locations and time periods. The voxel-based enemies can be punched, bashed, kicked, stabbed and sliced completely dynamically with dozens of different weapons. You’ll need to use your wits, speed and anything you can get your hands on in epic bar fights, disco brawls, old west saloon rumbles, college frat house beat-downs and a lot more.

A polished first Early Access release, Paint the Town Red features a sprawling biker bar level and a flashy 70’s disco with everything from mirror balls to nunchucks. The unique tech behind the voxel enemies allows for completely dynamic destruction of different body parts in an over-the-top cartoonish way as they blend seamlessly blend between ragdoll and animation while adjusting to severed limbs.

Key Features:
Completely destructible voxel-based enemies
Biker Bar and Disco levels with unique enemies and weapons
Vast array of level and period appropriate weaponry
Boss enemies that present unique challenges and rewards
Full controller support
Many more levels and modes through the Early Access process

Paint the Town Red is available now for PC on Steam and the Humble Store in Early Access and will be regularly updated with more levels and modes until its release.
