Developer Cruel Byte is pleased to announce the release of their third game, Dead Zombie Land, for mobile platforms. The game is free to play and available to download from Google Play.
In the game, the zombie apocalypse has crashed down on Earth, and decimated all human population. On top of it, zombies created a new society, and now live peacefully. The player takes control of one of them, but he’s different – his head is exploding!
The player’s goal is to take out as many zombies as possible – he has a limited amount of time to choose the perfect spot to explode himself, before his head explodes automatically! At every round, the player must explode an equal or greater amount of zombies as the last explosion, to be able to play another round. If he fails to achieve his goal, the game is over.
The player can buy power ups to increase his explosion time and radius, with the coins he obtains by exploding zombies.
Dead Zombie Land was created using a mix of 3D graphics and pixel art, obtaining a simple yet beautiful scenario. With 7 levels, two purchasable packs of three levels each (with their own unique visuals), and a lot of combinations of lighting and fog, the game will always look different, but deliver the same feeling! Finally, players may want to personalize their experience by buying some skins for their character. Using comics, games, movies and general pop culture as inspiration, there’s a total of 21 playable characters, with even more characters and levels coming on future updates!
