Game developers 31X and Origin8 have announced that the popular paid app Transport Tycoon is now available to “test drive” with a free Lite version. Available in the App Store, Transport Tycoon Lite allows potential transportation entrepreneurs to fully enjoy three tutorials along with additional abbreviated scenarios, all featuring same rich simulation and challenges as the full game. When players decide they’d like to continue building their transport empire, or they’d like additional challenges, the full version of Transport Tycoon is available for most iOS and Android devices in the App Store, Google Play, and on Amazon for £4.99 GBP / $6.99 USD / €5.99 Euro.
The official Transport Tycoon Player’s Guide is also now available at no cost at http://guide.transporttycoon.com/ (mobile site). This guide features basic gameplay information, advice, tips and tricks that will be valuable to both new and experienced players. This companion to Transport Tycoon can be used in conjunction with either the full game or the new Lite version.
