PLAYDEK AND STONE BLADE ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCE ASCENSION FOR ANDROID AND GOOGLE PLAY; PLAYDEK CELEBRATES WITH A SALE

Playdek, a leading mobile and video games publisher, and Stone Blade Entertainment, a premier developer and publisher of original board and card games, announce the award-winning mobile game Ascension and its in-app expansions are now available for Android devices on Google Play. Another version will be released to the Amazon Appstore next month .
To celebrate the release of Ascension for Android and Gen Con Indy 2014, where the company is previewing a beta version of its new online organized play system, Playdek has reduced the price of Ascension expansions. Playdek’s other award-winning games such as Summoner Wars, Lords of Waterdeep, and Agricola are also on sale.

“Ascension and its expansions for Android and Kindle further our commitment to supporting players on these devices and encourage cross-platform play through our online system,” said Joel Goodman, CEO Playdek. “With Gen Con this week, we couldn’t help but celebrate all the amazing board games that inspire us by having a sale.”
