Square Enix Ltd., today celebrate the launch of THEATRHYTHM FINAL FANTASY CURTAIN CALL™ across Europe and PAL territories.
The newest addition to the THEATRHYTHM series is now available for the Nintendo 3DS™ and Nintendo 2DS™ systems – featuring three times as many songs, and twice as many playable characters as its predecessor – THEATRHYTHM™: FINAL FANTASY®, released in July 2012.
THEATRHYTHM FINAL FANTASY CURTAIN CALL is a rhythm action game combining classic FINAL FANTASY music with RPG elements. In addition to a whole host of new features, the sequel also boasts two new game modes: Quest Medley, where you alternate playing FMS (Field Music Sequence) and BMS (Battle Music Sequence) games – and an exciting Versus Mode, where players can challenge and compete against friends and other players.
The launch of THEATRHYTHM FINAL FANTASY CURTAIN CALL also brings new and exciting downloadable content (DLC). Updates are scheduled fortnightly, with seven batches of individual DLC items planned, giving players access to a whole host of additional songs and characters from across the entire FINAL FANTASY series priced at £0.89 each. With the first batch of DLC now available, players are invited to download two selected tracks free of charge during the next two weeks. The selected tracks are; Battle 2 from FINAL FANTASY V and Roses of May from FINAL FANTASY IX.
