This War Of Mine: Deep Silver Teams Up With 11 Bit Studios To Publish Anti-War-Game

Deep Silver teams up with 11 bit studios to bring a retail version of 11 bit’s upcoming anti-war-drama This War is Mine. This War of Mine will be out for PC in Q4 2014 for Windows, Mac and Linux systems.

In This War Of Mine you do not play as an elite soldier, rather a group of civilians trying to survive in a besieged city; struggling with lack of food, medicine and constant danger from snipers and hostile scavengers. The game provides an experience of war seen from an entirely new angle.

11 bit studios CEO Grzegorz Miechowski says ” “I’m very happy to work with Deep Silver. Great game deserves great distribution. Especially a game that says important antiwar message.”

“This War of Mine is an outstanding game and we are proud to welcome it to our portfolio. The first media reactions for the game have shown that 11 bit’s approach of bringing this very serious topic to live works perfectly” comments Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of Deep Silver/Koch Media.

The This War is Mine retail version will be available in Europe and selected other territories. Other than that it is available worldwide as a digital version.
