Argentina-based ilMare Games has announced the launch of a brand-new app called World Cup Heroes. It is available for android and blackberry; an iOS version will be available soon.

ilMare Games has announced the launch of a brand-new app. World Cup Heroes is available free for android and blackberry, and an iOS version is soon to be launched. World Cup Heroes has been developed to provide an entertaining gaming experience and to put soccer/football fans in control of their own 2014 World Cup.

World Cup Heroes is an arcade style football/soccer runner game. In the game, users can take control of any of the national football heroes that are playing in the 2014 World Cup. Just like the real thing, the teams featured in the app can go through to all stages of the World Cup. This includes the group stage, the round of 16, the quarter-finals and semi-finals, and the World Cup final.

There are five different types of rival behaviours; these include runners, jumpers, static and goalkeepers. High scorers and high achievers will also qualify for extra support.

The eye-catching graphics have been created in retro-style pixel art to help create a realistic game environment for players. World Cup Heroes aims to be the number one app to enhance the excitement of the World Cup 2014 tournament.
World Cup Heroes aims to bring the Brazilian World Cup to life and allow users to share in the excitement, even if they can’t be at the games to enjoy it themselves for real.
