Broken Sword 5 – the Serpent’s Curse releases on Apple TV

Revolution Software announces today that Broken Sword 5 – the Serpent’s Curse is now available on Apple TV.

Broken Sword 5 – The Serpent’s curse on Apple TV follows the success of the original iOS debut in 2011, when Broken Sword: Director’s Cut went to #1 on the Apple App store in every major European territory, achieved 5 million downloads, and ‘Broken Sword’ was one of the world’s top 10 most Tweeted keywords.

“Many fans have told us how they have had fantastic experiences playing the Broken Sword games socially: whether with friends, family or partners – so we are delighted to be able to bring Broken Sword 5 – the Serpent’s Curse to Apple TV, an ideal social platform – and we are grateful to Apple for their incredible support for all the Broken Sword releases.” said Charles Cecil, CEO of Revolution Software.
Encompassing both episodes of the original game, the Apple TV version includes additional animations, enhanced audio, and a character gallery section. The Apple TV version has been optimized to minimise loading times.

The Broken Sword series is one of the world’s most successful adventure franchises, having sold over 10 million copies over 20 years.
