AppBox Media, the company that gave us such addictive games as Frenzy Fox and Run Raptor Run, launches another exciting app – Panic Drop. – Apple Store ‘games we love’.

Panic Drop pits your wits against gravity – using simple one touch gameplay, tap to jump and avoid obstacles as you fall through an icy world, collecting coins, gems and power ups as you go.

The company, which developed the game with the help of students from the University of London via its annual ‘app-rentice’ competition, has set its sights on becoming one of the world’s leading mobile app and game software developers within the next five years.

Mike Davison and Dave Hampshire led the development of Panic Drop, with the assistance of the winners of last year’s AppBox Beta’s ‘app-rentice’ competition. Mike is the creator of the incredibly successful iOS and Android app ‘Bounce’ which has had more than seven million downloads across both platforms and an Amazon App Store version now available. Panic Drop has all the right ingredients to achieve the same level of success in the gaming charts both in Europe and the USA.

“It’s exciting that we’re launching games with input from some incredibly talented students who were so good we offered them full-time employment,” said Polat Hassan, CEO AppBox Media. “We’re rightfully proud of what they’ve achieved and have high hopes for Panic Drop.”
