Funky Finger Productions Inc. today announced the launch of its latest mobile game, “Rapscallions”, available now for Android and iOS devices.
Rapscallions is a strategic swashbuckling seaborne saga which casts players as Captain of a galleon full of fearless pirates, roaming the high seas in search of action, adventure, and unimaginable bounties of treasure! The turn-based gameplay is loosely based on the board game Checkers, re-imagined as exciting battles between nomadic clans of bloodthirsty pirates.
The aim is to wipe out all of the pirate Grunts from the enemy ship by strategically moving Grunts around the net. During each turn, players can deploy Grunts from portholes, move Grunts using the compass, or choose one of the many hilarious items and weapons. As well as daytime and nighttime stages, an interactive tutorial, and multiple skill levels, the game also features a variety of playing modes including Quick Play and Local or Online Multiplayer.
