Hyper Gods, a Competitive Arcade Space Dog-Fighting Game (Video)

Ground Control Studios is proud to announce the competitive arcade space dog-fighting game Hyper Gods .

Equipped with the hyper-lasso and hyper-handbrake on lightning fast space fighters, players will embark on a journey in and out of hyperspace to become the first mercenary to successfully hold off the End of Days.

“We’re going for sense of speed and urgency above all. It’s kind of like Quidditch in space… with lasers.” says the lead-game designer Pedro Ribeiro.

The developer chose to distribute the game using the Early Access option, since it is a direct channel for building a community and gathering player input. The main focus will be improving the multiplayer component of the game, so the priority of the release will reside in ensuring that all ships and mechanics are well balanced and fair. The community will play a key-role in helping to establish this, by providing input and feedback to help the developer deliver a fun, rewarding experience.
