Hypersect LLC has announced its minimalist action-strategy game, “INVERSUS”, for PlayStation 4 this Spring.
INVERSUS drops one to four friends in a unique mix of territorial strategy and arcade shooter. It explores the concept of negative space by constraining movement to opposite colors of a black and white grid. My paths are your walls and your paths are my walls. Players can open corridors, trap the enemy, or block incoming fire with their shots as bullets smash through a row of tiles swapping the color. Whether you’re competing with friends of trying to break the world-record against the computer, the always-changing play field makes every match a new experience.
