“The Average Everyday Adventures of Samantha Browne” is now available!

Lemonsucker Games has released its first narrative game, “The Average Everyday Adventures of Samantha Browne.” The game is available for download in the Apple App Store, Steam and Itch.Io.

It’s 10:30PM on a weekend. It’s safe now. Well, safe enough. Not that Samantha has left herself with much a choice. Sam’s hungry, the kind of hungry that’s impossible to ignore for much longer. Deep down she always knew it would come to this. One way or another she was going to have to leave her room for food.

Thankfully she has some oatmeal. Oatmeal is the perfect food. But what kind of oatmeal does Sam want? What’s the right amount of oatmeal to eat? When is the best time to leave a dorm room anyway? Are there rules about how late someone can make food in a communal kitchen? What if people are still awake? What if they see her? See, this is why Sam needs some extra help.

Welcome to “The Average Everyday Adventures of Samantha Browne” the charming, ruthless game about oatmeal and anxiety.

“It’s really powerful to see the mundane world through the eyes of someone who has anxiety.” -Holly Conrad, special effects artist and costume designer.

“The Average Everyday Adventures of Samantha Browne is a great example of a fun, but still powerful game experience that anyone can enjoy.” -Mariko McDonald, Gamerwife.

Available for free on Tuesday April 19, 2016 from the Apple App Store and Steam

About This Game
Samantha Browne has been waiting patiently in her room for everyone else to fall asleep, go out, or do whatever it is people who enjoy social interaction do. She’s hungry. Okay, she’s past hungry. She’s at whatever stage is right after hungry. It’s not that she doesn’t have food, she has a box of oatmeal just sitting on her shelf waiting for her consumption. Thing is, she needs some help. Your help specifically and well, helping Sam isn’t always easy.
