Classic strategy game Tribal Wars recently released major updates for its iOS and Android Apps. The Android-App implemented new high-resolution screens, especially for use of the game with Android tablets. Also, the iOS-Version supports direct play without prior registration from now on – direct play allows players unfamiliar with the browser version to test the game before registering for an account. The new graphics improve the look and gameplay on all high-resolution devices significantly. Both App versions, iOS as well as Android, support the browser games’ full functionality and cross-platform play.
Simultaneously, the number of supported Android devices has increased by several hundred, with smartphone flagships HTC One, Galaxy S4 and LG Optimus 4X HD, among many others, being fully supported and optimized. The same is also true for Android Tablets such as Nexus 7 and 10 or Galaxy Tabs, all of which support high-resolution full-screen, thanks to the new graphics.
