Leading simulations publisher Excalibur (http://www.excalibur-publishing.com) is pleased to announce its deal with indie developer Evil Twin Artworks for the retail box version of its RTS naval warfare classic, Victory at Sea throughout Europe, Australasia and South Africa. Originally a naval strategy table top game produced by Mongoose Publishing, Evil Twin Artworks collected the first award of the night with Victory at Sea for Best Action/Adventure by a Small Studio at the UK Games Industry’s TIGA Awards 2014 in London.
