Microïds Games for All announces the release of ” Monument Builders: Alcatraz “, the new opus of its time management hit series.
After the Eiffel Tower, the Titanic, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Statue of Liberty, Rome’s Coliseum or the Great Wall of China, Microïds Games for All now makes it possible for the players to build the terribly famous Alcatraz Prison.
During the 1930s, the player is hired by Lloyd Andrew, the site’s master builder, to help him build the structure. Cleaning up the roads that have been obstructed by materials, collect the resources (money, limber…), deliver the key elements to the construction and be prepared for any unexpected event: the player will have to structure himself and efficiently manage his workers in order to meet the deadlines. Not making his job easier, some incidents will come up on the site: Call Palone, a famous Mafiosi, and his henchmen are determined to scupper the project so that their boss never ends up in this high-security prison. The best way to do so is to make sure it is never finished. The player will also have to use his reflexes to get rid of this pain.
The structure construction is divided into 50 levels. Each level includes precise goals to achieve as quickly as possible in order to get more points at the end of the mission and to get the three stars rewarding the quickest.
Multiple fun and historical facts are spread all along the adventure, allowing the player to learn more about the emblematic building. The information is also useful during the game in order to answer the quiz questions asked by Lloyd Andrew, who rewards each right answer with free resources.
This eighth opus of the “Monument Builders” saga includes all the elements that are specific and that have made its success. It is up to the player to find the right strategy to write his name in the Alcatraz Island story.
