Agent Alice, Wooga’s latest hidden object game, is available to download on iPhone & iPad and Android devices today. Players can now step into the shoes of Detective Alice Wallace and dive into a world of puzzling murder cases.
“We are delighted to finally be able to introduce Agent Alice to our players”, said Sebastian Nussbaum, Head of Adventure Studio at Wooga. “Our first hidden object game, Pearl’s Peril, resonated incredibly well with our audience and we have been working hard on creating an adventure that surpasses that. Agent Alice promises exciting mysteries and an even better player experience. We’re convinced that our fans will fall in love with Alice and her friends.”
Serving as a detective for The Agency, Alice Wallace stands her ground in the male dominated world of the 1960s. Tasked with solving a grizzly murder at the Oberon Theatre in New York, Alice is quickly thrown into a whirlwind adventure that will take her to the most exoctic far flung corners of the globe. Supported by an ensemble cast of charming characters that includes a hard nosed journalist, a Korean war veteran, a scoundrel turned turned love interest and many more, players will quickly find their favourite to root for.
Designed from the ground up with smartphones in mind, the game mixes traditional hidden object gameplay with unique touch controls to create an intuitive experience for the small screen. In order to help Alice solve the cases, players will need to master puzzles that range from finding hidden clues in crime scenes, dusting for fingerprints and picking the odd lock or two.
Agent Alice will be supported post-launch with an innovative weekly episodic content strategy. Every Thursday a new episode will be released for free that will provide players with exciting new gameplay and narrative content.
Agent Alice targets women between 30 and 50 years old, a key demographic for past hits including hidden object game Pearl’s Peril.
