The brain’s inherent neuroplasticity translates healthy lifestyle choices into improved brain fitness, and the best way to know if your lifestyle choices are improving your brain fitness is measurement. Measurement verifies results, and motivates you to improve them. Similar games on the market claim that mental stimulation will transform your brain, but mental stimulation is only one part of the brain fitness solution. In addition to mental stimulation, the updated versions of brain games by ‘PeqApps’ provide brain fitness measurement unmatched by other titles. Combining speed, efficiency, and correctness results into intuitive daily, monthly, and yearly graphs that let you know whether your brain fitness is improving, maintaining or declining. Measuring your brain fitness puts you on the path to a lifetime of improved brain fitness, and can potentially help prevent Alzheimer’s Disease.
