Indie publisher Digerati announced it’s bringing taut virtual reality experience Blindfold to PlayStation VR. Developed by iNK Stories, Blindfold is a VR companion piece to the BAFTA-nominated story-driven drama, 1979 Revolution: Black Friday, and casts players in the role of a photojournalist being interrogated during the Iranian Revolution.
The release of Blindfold on PSVR coincides with the 41st anniversary of the Black Friday massacre – a pivotal moment in the Iranian Revolution. Blindfold will be available to download from the PlayStation Store from 3rd/4th September (NA/EU respectively) either as a standalone title, or as a bundle with 1979 Revolution: Black Friday.
About the game
Step inside Iran’s infamous Evin Prison in this harrowing companion piece to iNK Stories’ 1979 Revolution: Black Friday. Through nodding or shaking your head, or remaining still and silent, your actions drive an immersive choice-driven story.
