Chaos Ride : Episode 1 has been released for iOS and Android.
Chaos Ride is a futuristic arcade racing game, built entirely around launching your vehicle around tracks at insane speeds.
You play by driving a glowing hover-cycle along an elevated high-speed tunnel, where the only way to gain momentum and win the race is to bend the laws of physics to your will by angling your hover-bike at optimal trajectories along the course, depending on which direction the tunnel takes. For example, downhill gradients will cause you to accelerate, riding up the inside wall of a bend will make you accelerate, etc. All of this is done while competing in a race against five AI vehicles.
At a top speed of 600mph, it is also one of the fastest racing games ever made. As you win events, you unlock options to customise your vehicle, enabling you to push the handling and acceleration even further.
This release is the first of three episodes, each with different environments and tracks. Episode 1 is set in a city, and includes six tracks (three forwards, three reverse). Each track supports five game modes (race, eliminator, marathon, survival, and time trial) and includes fifteen score/time challenges to set.
