(“Netmarble”), today announced Magic Cat Story on iOS and Android will launch later this month. The first release in the company’s 2015 casual games lineup, Magic Cat Story raises the bar on the color-matching puzzle genre with a unique and charming adventure through enchanting lands, while facing foes and boss battles in progressive matches with blocks and obstacles themed to the environment.
In Magic Cat Story, Kevin, a once normal boy who has been transformed into a magical feline must rescue his friends from the evil wizard Constantine and uncast the spell that has turned them all into animals. Players will join Kevin on his quest, solving puzzle challenges by rotating and dropping blocks to form matching colors and cast spells (power-ups) that will aid in getting past the toughest levels. Powerful magic can breakthrough waves of bosses and obstacles but with each level comes a new twist, keeping Kevin on his puzzle-solving paws!
Keeping with the company’s commitment to quality, Magic Cat Story brings high production value and replayability to this whimsical puzzle block adventure. Leaderboards bring players together as they compete for top position, all while breaking Constantine’s curse, block by block.
