Published and produced by the team of the 8-Bit Gamestudio, Retro Wings is available as a FREE download offering in-app purchases and upgrades on Google Play™.
Retro Wings is part of a series of incredibly addictive and highly challenging pixel-art produced titles. Other games in the series include Retry Run, Retry Bird as well as Retro Tap&Fly and Retro Bird. To master Retro Wings, players must maneuver one of 20 unique planes and characters through colorful, obstacle-stuffed worlds without crashing.
The new version of Retro Wings (World Map) allows choosing from 2 separate gameplay modes for either level-based flying fun or endless survival action in each world. Each world has their own collectibles, the more collected, the better the star ranking will be at the level end. Additional to the world specific items, there are coins to aim for. Coins are an important fun-factor of the game and are used to not only unlock worlds, but also to buy other cool planes, and to resurrect for extended play. Additional packs of coins are available in the games built-in store.
Retro Wings is not only hard; it is also nutty as fruitcake… Not only planes are now ready to fly with, completely new characters taken out of the current game development of arkavis have found a new home in the game. Even Santa Claus is now a member of the Retro Wings Pilot Federation, and can be chosen with his funny sleigh and reindeer horde. Dodge obstacles and show off your skills by flying loops or by performing breathtaking stunts. Sharing High scores and competing with Facebook friends are additional cool features.
